傾国の美女と言われる楊貴妃が桃を好んだことにちなんで命名された「黄貴妃」。
新しい黄桃の品種が次々と登場する中でも、『黄貴妃』は外観、香り、味、食感の全てにおいて別格の輝きを放ちます。
果実表面は黄色で美しい外観、果肉は淡い黄色で
肉質は適度に硬さがあり、酸味とのバランスが絶妙な品種です。
収穫直後は果肉は硬く果汁もそれほど多くないですが、
収穫3〜5日後には果汁が増し、甘味が増し独特の芳醇な香りが出てきます。
ねっとりと甘く完熟するとマンゴーのような華やか、かつ、濃密な香りをお楽しみいただけます。
贈りものにもお薦めする一品です。

The surface of the fruit is yellow with a beautiful appearance, and the flesh is pale yellow.
The flesh is light yellow with moderate firmness and a perfect balance of acidity.
Immediately after harvest, the flesh is hard and the juice is not so abundant.
However, 3 to 5 days after harvesting, the juice increases, sweetness increases, and a unique mellow aroma emerges.
